There is a mattress and computer desk for use. Bathroom is shared with two other tenants. The public areas (kitchen, living room, etc) will be shared with 4 other male tenants. Plenty of pantry space in the kitchen in addition to two refrigerators. $2 coin washer and dryer in home. Rent covers all provided utilities. If you use heaters, A/C, or are wasteful, you will be charged for this usage. Noise complaints etc, will automatically cause warning(s) to be given. NO PETS AND GUESTS ALLOWED. Month-to-month lease but longer stays preferred. In addition to paystubs/proof of income, I like to see at least $5,000 in savings. Ideally have a credit score of at least 600.
