We love our 3BR/1.5BA cottage on low traffic quiet street 3 blocks from Lake Michigan; 1 mile from I-94 and Red Arrow Highway; 1/2 mile from Tosis, Meijer grocery store and restaurants; Lakeshore school district. We will consider 1-2 year longer term lease. Normally, we rent our home for shorter-term rentals to DC Cook Plant contractors, Whirlpool consultants, transferees and suppliers, families relocating to the area or building a home. Good rental/ownership references required. Credit check will be required. Showing by appointment only, with drivers license or passport ID required in advance for security reasons. Owner pays lawn care (not snow removal) and water and weekly garbage removal. Renter pays electric (heat), snow removal, cable or phone, if desired; Renter's insurance policy required (details later) No smoking and no pets-- of any kind No subletting Max. 5 people, no RVs or campers overnight
