The lush outdoor area is lit at night and has a barbecue and table for your use. All utilities are paid including wifi. Pets are negotiable with cats welcome and potentially a small dog with a personal meeting. This suite is at the back of our home and is secure. We are looking for a quiet professional or student that is respectful of our space. We have been booking this as a short term rental but are now looking for a mid to long term rental. No smoking
