Very social community for kids and adults alike. Community swimming pool, sand volleyball court, playground and fishing pond make for a hub of activity most of the year. Memorial Day, Labor Day, Independence Day, Easter Egg Hunt parties are held at the common area and the annual Adult Party, Fall Festival, wine tasting and progressive dinner are a great deal of fun. Neighborhood band is also very entertaining!!
