Beautiful house in a desirable neighborhood. The house sits on top of a hill you can see the views of Mesquite from the right and Scenic, AZ at night. At night you can see the city lights. The house boasts two waterfalls but, they are not working. Also, the landscaping is minimal as most of it are rocks, I do require to please water the living trees at least once a week. Animals if you have any must be well behaved, I want to make sure the house is not damaged. I am not a strict person and am willing to work with the right tenants. Thank you and have a blessed day!
