I enjoy ocean adventures, friend time, board games, and dancing. My hypoallergenic cat Pullo also lives here, he's a sweet and curious little guy. I work a hybrid schedule, usually 3 days in office and 2 days from home. About the place The complex is beautiful with a lot of trees and greenery. Plenty of parking, safe, a little park with volleyball & tennis, a pool and jacuzzi. We're close to the freeway which I thought was going to be noisy, but I've found it's ok, and super convenient. The condo is 2nd story, spacious at 1094 sq ft, and well decorated if I do say so myself (modern boho vibe). We have big rooms, in unit washer/dryer, central ac+heat, a balcony, our own parking spots, and even a bit of storage space. 2bd 2ba, 2 people total (no couples please). Your room is big (approx. 13x17) with a cute window nook and a big closet, and comes unfurnished. The rest of the unit is furnished. There might be some room for items you'd like to bring. Private bathroom right next to room. My current housemate prefers not to have her belongings photographed, so I've included a few reference photos (an older shot of the empty room before walls were repainted white, and pics of my room which is very similar but smaller). You'll absolutely be able to see the space in person once we connect. Details 1 year lease, available starting 4/1. Location cross streets: Bella Pacific Row and Bluffside Ave I am allergic to strong fragrance and chemicals, so if you wear perfume, use air freshener, etc, we're not a good fit. No additional cats. Small ESA dog might be ok. Rental company will do a background check, so you need a credit score above 625, steady income with paycheck stubs, and positive rental references.
