There is some airplane noise in the morning, but we lived there for more than five years before we had kids and loved it. Our house is located approximately 10 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from Sea World. We have two beach cruisers, beach chairs, sand toys, umbrellas, beach towels a small cooler and wagon to enjoy the beach, which is just a few blocks away. OB is a splendid little town with a lot of history and character. On Wednesday nights there is a local farmer's market just two blocks away with fresh fare and live music. Utilities included. It is a nonsmoking house.
