Easy walking to public transit at only 2 blocks away to the bus stop; one mile from Bay Point BART Station and 5 minutes away in the freeway from the North Concord BART Station. The gas station is about 2 minutes away, and the Safeway and other stores about 5 minutes away. This is a strictly no pet and no smoking house. Noise between 8:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. is unlawful without a special Public Works permit. Other terms apply, per lease agreement.
