    Zillow estimate doesn't include the workshop or agricultural 1200-foot well. 40 acres of flat agricultural land with a large house (concrete block construction). The house had a fire in January 2022 in the master bedroom and bathroom and smoke damage throughout the house. The fire department also broke holes through the roof. Because it is block, the house remains structurally sound. (Pictures are from 2012, PRE-FIRE and current fire damage.) The house has a large vaulted living room, large bedrooms, and bathrooms. There is a permitted workshop that is 880 sq ft and was made into a house at one time. Has its own septic tank. There is an agricultural 13" diameter well that is supposed to be 1200 feet deep but currently has a 1 1/2 hp domestic pump about 150 feet down. There is a detached 2 car garage (with interior drywall) with a carport connected to it. Two attics, flat roof Attic fire above and in master bath and bedroom, and a little more. Doesn't appear to have burnt main roof structure, and smoke damage to entire house. All dry wall needs removal. Abatement required. Great price for handyman project.
