Fellow tenants have been here a long time and are all friendly but not intrusive. Recently remodeled kitchen and bathroom and new washer/dryer. All tile floors. I live on the property in case you have questions. All utilities included except wifi and cable. You can have cats but no dogs. No smoking inside. There is ample parking in front of the casita. We ask for no noise outside between 10 pm and 7 am.
