I am looking for a female, to rent the second bedroom in my apt. It is a 2 bedroom apt. about a 5-10 min walk to the Mt. Vernon campus of GW. You can easily walk up to the campus for class, or use the free shuttle to get to the Foggy Bottom Campus and therefore the Foggy Bottom Metro (orange and blue lines) The D6/D5 bus picks up and drops off right outside of the apt. and it is about a 10 min ride to Georgetown or about 20 min to the red line metro. The apt is right on the border of VA and MD, so commuting to work to either is a very easy. It is super close to the 495/270 split and the Key Bridge. A bonus is that you would be commuting against rush hour traffic from the apartment's location. It is a beautiful neighborhood and very safe. There is a a Safeway and CVS right across the street as well as. With in walking distance, there are also several restaurants, a post office, and other small shops. $900 includes everything but cable and the room is unfurnished.
