Street parking is available. Each room comes with a desk and full size bedframe. You'll have to bring your own mattress and bedding. Schedule is about 8am to 10pm. No smoking. LDS living standards. I try to have a clean, quiet living space to go home to, I'm hoping to find roommates with similar vibes! Pets are allowed to visit, but not be kept at the house. Lease is flexible. 4 minimum, 12 month maximum. Utilities are included in rent.
