I am sorry for the confusion. This beautifully restored 1905 apartment features a newly renovated private roof deck wood floors and lots of eastern light. Its located on a quiet part of historic State street directly on the park, a lovely walk from the happenings and excellent restaurants on Lark Street. Also, I'm the landlord, who takes pride in being an excellent one, I take great care of the entire building and am around whenever you need anything. I also bake bread and give fresh loaves to tenants every two weeks. (Summer edit i haven't been baking through out the hot months, however, have been bringing produce and eggs.) Electric, heat, water/hot water, and trash included. Laundry located in the building.
