You will pay the apartment complex $1175 a month, and will will get back my $550 deposit at the end of the lease. Therefore, $550 divided by 3.5 months is $157 a month discount, which brings the adjusted rent to $1175 - $157 = $1018. You may stay longer if you want after August 15 and go month to month or sign a new lease with the apartment complex ranging from 3 months to 1 year. This provides you a good opportunity to get your feet wet to try out the apartment for a cheaper rate, without having to sign a full 1 year commitment. The apartment is a luxury 2 bedroom apartment with 1 bathroom, and has a fireplace, wood floors in the kitchen and bathroom, brand new stainless steel appliances, and included washer and dryer in the unit! Also included is 1 free garaged parking spot! A second garaged spot is available for $30 a month. Pets are also welcome and are an extra $30 a month per animal.
