This is a separate walk-out basement for rent. We occupy the middle and upper floors. The basement has a full kitchen, full bathroom, one bedroom, washer and dryer and storage area. The stairs walk out to a pathway through the side of the front yard to where you can park your car. We live on a private drive so it's a nice quiet area. The floors have just been redone, brand-new waterproof laminate flooring and all has been repainted and new caulking. Looking for a professional or student who is kind clean, and responsible. Non-smoking is mandatory on the property. The lease can be six months if that is preferable to the one year it is open for discussion.
