Thank you for your interest! This is a beautiful, pristine property. It is located in Tacoma between the Tideflats and Browns Point. Nature abounds....Eagles, seals, hummingbirds, sea otters, etc. This shared space sits directly on the water on piling (one of the very few properties that has a direct deck over the water in WA). There is one person, who, on occasion visits the separate duplex space with one elderly, sweet dog (completely separate...different locks and separate entries). Pets MAY be considered on a case by case basis but, unfortunately, no dogs. You will have access to a large, over the water deck, kayak, row boat, paddle boards, and whatever water sports you might be interested in. The area provides half Puyallup river H20 and half salt water. Nature thrives in this sanctuary. If you are interested in a caregiver/overseer role....there is an opportunity to reduce the rent and provide compensation for clearly defined services. If that's the case, there will be a high level of accountability and clear expectations.
