We have put in over 1.1 million dollars in the house. There is a basketball hoop, fence and a garden in front yard and the back yard in the deepest, largest and most beautiful in the neighborhood. 20 K generator to back up 80 percent of the house including all appliances, TVs, garage door and majority of the furnaces and a/cs in case of an electrical outage.
