Downtown Providence, Rhode Island Hospital, Kent Hospital, Hasbro Children's Hospital, and Women and Infants Hospital are approximately 12-15 minutes by car. The Miriam Hospital is approximately 15-20 minutes by car. Newport, Narragansett, and beaches along the sound are approximately 30-45 minutes. Narragansett bay is visible at the end of the street and from the front yard, with access at the end of the block. Landlord pays/handles water, sewage, trash, and recycling.
