I have a condo that is currently leased out month to month. Tenant has been given 60 day notice. Do not disturb tenant. Once tenants vacate property will be rehabbed and listed for sale by owner mid October. I am willing to sell prior to that at a discounted price. The current tenants are absolutely amazing and would also consider continuing to lease if that’s what are the buyer wanted Please if your a realtor don’t contact me. I do not need help selling.
