What that meant was we had to find a home, purchase it and then sell the existing home that my mother and sister had been living in….mother for 38 years!!!! Both buying and selling these homes seemed daunting at best. I never dreamed the process could happen so smoothly, but mobile home sales professional (and expert), Peter Jorde of Monarch Mobile Homes made it happen. We had already found a great home to purchase, but because it was a bank repo, the bank was not willing to budge on price. Peter stepped in and on our behalf, showed the bank that the price was not justified within the park. Within a few short days, he was able to get their asking price reduced by almost 20%, making the home affordable and the “deal” fair.Peter then handled all the paperwork and helped with the park approval. He was professional and courteous, but more than that he was supportive and understanding.
