There is generally plenty of on street parking. Off Street parking is available at $50.00 per month. The apartments are located between Orange and State Streets with easy access to the highways and are just minutes from Yale University. The building is owner managed. We require a one and half month security deposit and we do full credit checks and employment/enrollment verifications. This is for your protection as well as ours. Our tenants are your neighbors!
