This flat neighborhood, built in the sunny part of Mill Valley, was originally full of small cottages set on large lots. Now some of the cottages have been replaced with new, tasteful homes in traditional styles. You can walk to shops (Whole Foods going in down the street, coffee shops, drug stores and post office a couple of blocks away. Close enough to SF to bike to work (my husband does); great commute location. Very convenient to downtown Mill Valley, yet there is a country feel to the neighborhood, due to the large open lots. Open space is directly across the street, and horse run on the hill.
