We do not have access to the locked mailboxes at this property, so please do not have any mail or packages delivered to the home during your stay, as we cannot retrieve them on your behalf. The hot water tanks are shared between units, so prolonged usage could affect temperatures. Do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. Texas is home to plenty of bugs, especially during cricket season, so you may notice a few more of them around September. To help keep them outside, keep all windows and doors closed, especially in the evenings. If you happen to notice any inside, feel free to use the bug spray provided under the sink.
