Across the street is Bayfront Park, with wetlands, bike paths, and resident wildlife, and in season, migrating geese and ducks. Up the road in Hauke Park are soccer and baseball fields, while down the road, on East Blithdale, is a bus stop that will take you downtown, to the City, or San Rafael. You can't beat this location for convenience to both stores and public transportation, and nature, bike paths and quiet 'Mill Valley' living. The Apartment Building: This apartment is in a well-maintained and secure 6 unit building. Over the past years the building has been upgraded extensively, with all new water systems and electrical services; it has been seismically strengthened for earthquake resistance, painted, landscaped, and is looked after by gardeners and cleaning personnel. The Basics: We are looking for a one-year lease, and someone who will love their apartment as much as we do. The rent is $2,950.00.
