It sits on a double lot with a large professionally landscaped yard. Over 20 Tons of large boulders were brought in. The white gravel is crushed white marble and can be raked to form your own Japanese interpretation. The backyard is an oasis. Allows you to be on vacation every minute you are home. The asking price does not even begin to cover all the work and restoration. Most All the windows are at least double pain an most are triple. the second floor is currently being offered on airbnb and is usually booked. If you wish to continue doing so then this provides a nice extra income to help cover your mortgage. If you wish to have the space returned then it is easily done.
