Rocking chairs are on the front deck or the wrap-around deck for enjoying privacy or entertaining. A large rock, wood-burning fireplace with a spacious kitchen that opens into the living and dining. From this property, it is just a short walk to the Chalet Village Community trout pond and private pool for the residents. The monthly rental rate covers water, general grounds, sewer, and HOA fees.
