The dining room, or the admiral's room as we call it, is fantastic for big dinners, board game nights, and even working from home for a change of scenery. It has a refinished, sturdy, antique pine dining table and plenty of space and light. The living room has a comfortable and recently added sectional couch, refinished antique walnut inlaid coffee table, and wall mounted smart tv for the whole family to enjoy movie night. The large back deck comes with a propane grill and outdoor seating. There is a fire pit on a safe packed-sand pad in the lawn, which has about an acre of mowed lawn for playing catch, tag, or otherwise good running space for your dogs. The house has its own well and a new septic system. There is a flat monthly Propane fee, NYSEG electric is the tenant's responsibility, landlord takes care of Spectrum high speed Wifi and rural trash pickup.
