Room is located on the first floor (completely separate from the other bedroom) and features abundant space, windows and a private bathroom. The air mattress photographed is a Queen for reference. House has central air, washer/dryer, dishwasher, large kitchen, tons of storage, parking and great common areas between the finished basement and first floor living room. Room is currently occupied by a great friend of ours looking to move mid-September. We are social, but not intrusive, and would love to give you a tour to see if we're a good fit for each other. There are two cats. They are friendly and non-invasive. Sadly, one of us is very allergic to dogs- dogs not permitted. NOT AN APARTMENT! Internet, Water & Garbage are included in rent. Oil & Electric are divided between tenants and typically run in the neighborhood of $60/person/month
