Renter must pay for gas/electric/internet/water, and must do snow maintenance and yard maintenance. You must have renter's insurance and pass a credit and background check. First month's rent and $3100 security/damage deposit due on signing lease, application fee to run credit/background check can be paid directly to zillow. One year lease only, no short term rentals or sub-leasing.
