Our home is centrally located in the Tatum & Shea corridor. It is a safe and quiet neighborhood. We are close (even walking distance) to Fry's, Trader Joes, PV Pie & Wine and other restaurants, nail salons, fitness facilities, and healthcare. We are 15-20 min from Sky Harbor Airport. No smoking. No cats. Small dog permitted.
