This property is now out of contract so I am putting it back up for sale. I know the people that were trying to buy it has had several meetings with the city and have already got the split staked and approved. The development is also approved they just have to get the final plans done and get them approved. It looks like the city is going to approve 6 two story units or 7 -3 story units on the lot but its crazy what Garden City puts someone through to get a final approval. I know the people working on buying it would make a deal to let someone else take it over at this time with everything they have gotten done and for a fee even help getting it through the city. They are also builders and would be interested in giving a bid to build it out if you don't have a builder.This is for the vacant field beside my house that is a block and a half from the Green Belt and the Boise River. This lot is approximately 190' X 98' and there is power at both ends of the lot. This lot is in the high density area of Garden City that allows for up to 35 units per acre. I am a General Contractor and was going to build it myself but just never got around to it. I am retired now and am not interested in building it.
