Rent for the apartment is $916, which includes rent, water, sewer, trash, and renters insurance. Hawthorne Commons is a pet-friendly community(dogs&cats). There is a one-time, non-refundable fee of $250 per pet and $25 monthly rent per pet. Maximum of 2 pets allowed with a weight limit of 100 pounds. Breed restrictions apply. There is also a community fee and security deposit. Application fees are $45. The apartment is on the second floor which is the top floor. The apartment has a little patio/deck at the front door. There are washer/dryer hook-ups as well as the laundry center.
