Starter supplies such as toiletries, paper towels, and coffee are provided for your convenience, but will not be replenished during your stay. All guests are required to complete a guest screening, including identity verification, prior to check-in. Important house rules include no parties or events, quiet time after 9pm, no firearms allowed, no unregistered guests, and care for your unit. No smoking is allowed, not even 420, and any smoking must be 40 feet away from the building outside of any courtyard. No pets are allowed unless pre-approved by the owner, with a limit of 1 pet 50 pounds or less and a $100 non-refundable deposit. There is a $1,000 fine for any unauthorized pet(s). Check-out time is 12pm sharp, and furniture must be returned to its original location upon check-out to avoid a $50 furniture fee. Any damages will be billed to the guest. Upon confirmation of booking, the primary adult guest must send over a photo of ID (just the front is required) as per the building's security rules.
