Entrance is facing towards beautiful park, this community is very very kid friendly and lot of kids around the neighbors. Great warm spring school district (10 rating) with great location and very spacious 3 Bed 2 and 1/2 bath Townhouse. Our 5 and 1/2 year old daughter loves it to the core and she is super happy after moving here as she got lot of friends. This is available to rent from June 21st onwards. Please act fast if you are really serious as this house normally goes away in a week. Thank you! Owner pays HOA. Tenant will pay - Water, Garbage, PG&E, Internet bills.
