If pet is approved there may be an additional pet rent charged. The amount will be determined by breed, size and number of animals. Application processing: We try to process all applications within 24 hours. Unfortunately we often have to wait on rental verifications from previous landlords. Therefore this is not a guarantee, it may take 48-72 hours to complete. Applications are processed on a first come first served basis. Multiple applications received on the same day will be processed and submitted together for approval. All application fees are non- refundable. Approval: Once an application is approved, tenant will have 24 hours to sign lease and pay security deposit. NOTE: We cannot hold a house longer than 2 weeks
