Owners subsidize a portion of the heat and hot water costs for you! Residents pay for electric and cable. There are many community things you can walk to in less than 3-5 minutes such as, 2 banks, Post office, Library, Small grocery store, Sandwich shop, Pizza shop, Up State at Community Hospital.
