The rack rate rent is $1750 all inclusive. However, we are seeking a tenant to trade out $750 to $1000 of monthly rent for watching our 13 year old Husky girl and possible upstairs housecleaning. She is easy to be around and just needs to be let in and out while we are at work and traveling. Daily commitment is flexible but does require periodic overnights. Apartment is well apportioned with upscale finishes. We are a gay family so must be LGBTQ+ accepting. Applicants are subject to criminal background check and must prove credit worthiness and financial stability. Apartment includes private entrance, laundry privileges, and all utilities, and access to outdoor patio space and yard. Partially furnished with living room furniture and TV. 10 minute walk to Greenline metro, 1 block to Metro Bus, walkable to grocery and shopping center. One year lease then month to month. This is a barter exchange with rack rate rent being $1750 all inclusive but renter will be retained to dog sit and clean our main level house weekly. Final monthly rent will be negotiated based on availability to watch our dog and clean. Currently we take $750 to $1000 off rent in exchange for this.
