The family room has a beautiful floor to ceiling brick fireplace, and the living room, big enough for a grand piano with lots of room to spare, features almost floor to ceiling bay windows that let in lots of light. The kitchen dining area can seat at least ten. The yard is fully fenced, making it child and pet friendly. A deck off the kitchen dining area is great for summer evenings or grilling. Carpet needs replacing (yes, I'm sorry, the 70s era rust shag is still there.) Walls need some repairs and painting after 16 years and 7 boys. Kitchen cabinetry needs work.
