The room you will be renting is about 125 sqft. 13'x9' L/W. It has carpet and a window as well as a closet. The common areas consist of a Kitchen, Living room, and a fenced in Backyard. The living rooms currently has closets, its fully furnished with TV/Couches. The kitchen is large and has laminate flooring. It has a pantry, with all the appliances and an area to eat so preparing food won't be an issue. The backyard is great, especially in the summertime. There is a fire pit, a 22x14 concrete patio and it gets good sun. The Bathroom will be shared between us. There is a His/Hers skin with ample room to dedicate a drawer for me and you. We will just need to be diligent about our schedules, and cleanliness and I think we can make it work. 1 Year lease then month to month after. No smoking We can discuss a pet, based on breed and type, but there will be additional cost associated with it, and I will not take care of your animal. You will be responsible to keep your room clean and free of bugs/clutter that will attract bugs. If you use the common areas, the expectation is that you will be courteous and clean up after yourself. I will handle mowing the grass and most maintenance on the house so no need to worry about that, unless for whatever reason you wanted to help. Let's discuss more on a phone call or over lunch!
