Hi everyone, I am looking for someone to take over my lease starting August 2025. The lease will run August to the end of June. The rent is $1045 per month. Partial utilities included: Fridge, heating, stove. Monthly water and trash bill is $110. I included pictures of the living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. This is basement level, and I found it really convenient to do my laundry as that is located on the same floor. There are also storage lockers you can rent if you need extra space for your belongings. Great location with supermarkets and restaurants. The landlord is in constant talks with the maintenance team, so if you need anything fixed, it is a pretty quick turnaround. For example, the drainage rod on my faucet broke, and I had a plumber out the next day to attend to it. I received no extra charges either for the trouble.
