All four bedrooms have queen beds, and the primary has an en-suite with a walk-in shower. Smart thermostat, laundry, and thoughtful touches throughout make this the perfect Tucson retreat. The modern kitchen is fully stocked and ready for your culinary adventures, featuring a double fridge and freezer with water dispenser and ice maker, an electric stove with built-in air fryer and oven, microwave, blender, toaster, cookware, knives, wine glasses, mugs, and more. The stylish living room offers a cozy, open-concept layout perfect for relaxing or gathering, with modern boho decor, a decorative fireplace, a 55" Roku Smart TV, and comfortable seating. The dining area features a brand-new dining table that comfortably seats six, perfect for meals, games, or planning your Tucson adventures. We welcome one dog only, up to 60 lbs, for a fee of $100 per stay. This fee helps cover the additional cleaning required for pet hair. If any waste beyond hair is found, an additional $200 cleaning fee will be charged. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet, and dogs should not be left unattended in the home, as barking may disturb neighbors. Dogs are not allowed in the pool. The pool measures 22 ft by 12 ft and reaches a depth of 8 ft. Regular cleaning is scheduled every Monday, but if you prefer not to be bothered during your stay, please let us know and we can coordinate another day for the pool to be cleaned. While having a car is recommended, rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available. Major spots like the University of Arizona, downtown, and Sabino Canyon are just a short drive away. Free street parking is available, and bike-friendly roads make it easy for cycling enthusiasts to get around too. The primary renter must be 18 or older, sign a rental agreement, and provide a valid photo ID. The registered guest must remain on-site for the entire stay, and subleasing is prohibited. No parties or events are allowed, and quiet hours are from 10 PM to 10 AM. Excessive noise or disturbances may result in immediate eviction without refund. Smoking or vaping is not allowed indoors, and any cleaning or damage costs will be charged to the primary guest. Pets must be on leashes in unenclosed areas, and children under 18 must be supervised at all times when using the pool. Only park in designated areas: carport, driveway, or directly in front of the property. Late checkout may result in a fee of up to $200 unless approved in advance. The home includes a digital guest book filled with useful information about the property and local recommendations. A smart thermostat and contactless, 24/7 check-in with a unique access code ensure convenience and safety. A laptop computer is not included.
