This apartment is clean, nice, and roomy, with many perks. It has a dishwasher and is on the top floor (so no one will stomp on your ceiling). The carpet is plush and fairly new, the kitchen is hardwood, and there's parking and laundry on-site. Very nice place, all told. I'm an honest person, so I'll say that the only slight disadvantage is that it's fairly near some railroad tracks. However, as long as you're inside, you rarely even hear the trains - it'll only bother you if you're looking to hang out right outside the apartment on a regular basis. I'm planning to move out in August, but have signed a lease through 2017. So I'm not the landlord, but am looking for someone to take over my lease. However, you wouldn't be subletting - you'd be leasing the place for a full year (August-July). Drop me a line if you're interested.
