It comes fully furnished with plates, cookware, range, refrigerator, everything you need. No smoking, drugs or intoxication. No dogs are allowed in the preserve. There is a 3/4 mile unpaved driveway, so SUV/high clearance vehicle is required as road is not maintained. Must be self-sufficient. Only for those used to living in the country. It rents for $1100 a month for one person, $1300 for two people (no more than 2 people due to the very small septic). Plus $200 monthly flat rate for electricity. Rent includes water and internet. Only for a good tenant, verification of application required, with current and previous landlord references, before viewing. 2-year minimum lease, 10% discount for longer lease.
