Neighbors are friendly and adjoining walls have great acoustical properties for your privacy. Condo comes with remote activated fireplace and work bench/storage in the garage. Scheduling a painter to give the home a fresh coat after two very responsible previous renters. Owner pays for HOA fees. Renter responsible for Utility costs. Garage is limited for parking (motorcycle or small car may fit) but can park a car in the back driveway with plenty of room in the front for another parking spot or even for guest parking). I do not live close for ask for help from Tennant when it comes to minor repairs like changing filters or light bulbs (and clearing the small section of sidewalk in the winter). Owner will take care of scheduling any major repairs needed and will cover the cost unless due to negligence of/damage by the Tenant. If there are dogs I only ask that a professional carpet cleaner come at time of move out (paid for by tenant). No smoking allowed in the condo or garage. Looking for minimum 1 year lease but would prefer 2 year or longer agreement.
