Every time I describe my home, and mention the fire Disaster damage not handled properly by nationstar mortgage (mr.cooper) and cajun maintenance. That I have all documents needed before purchasing a structurally damaged home. And listen potential home it actually cannot be legally sold because it's has been stolen with documented proof and if you still going through with purchasing you are not the owner it is not a legal sale we're documented proof again please please please especially if you have children be extra extra careful in the kitchen where Cajun maintenance and both Nation store/mr Cooper or where that the structure was not done proper and could not pass an inspection in your Iberia Louisiana from the inspection office you literally in one day will fall through the floor in the kitchen it is that week ly put together.
