This is a room for rent in my home. The bath is shared. All utilities are paid including internet, gas, electricity. The neighborhood has two pools and a tennis court. This is a quiet home and everyone in the home works. It is not ideal for guests. Driveway parking is available for one medium size vehicle. People are expected to be respectful, neat and tidy. The kitchen, washer and dryer is shared. No drugs, drama or smoking. Anything illegal will be reported to authorities. I have a small dog but don’t have room for any more pets. A deposit of $400 and first months prorated rent of $400 is due on move in. I prefer a minimum of one year’s lease. Proof of income, three references and a background check.
