FYI, I do not do Zillow applications as I've had serious problems with them in the past. Full bath and master bedroom on the main, washer and dryer included, dining room, large living room and wood floors. Upstairs are two more bedrooms and a full bath. Even the yard was abysmal, but efforts have been made. So, let your own gardening skills come to light, you'll have free rein, just don't ask me for advice or help. I have the gardeners black thumb of death. Asking for first months rent and deposit equal to one months rent, no last months in advance and a cleaning fee. You get a clean house to move into, but so does the next guy. Much less money to move in. AAAAnd we are REALLY pet friendly. Pitt bulls, German Shepard, dragons and unicorns, as long as they're friendly, with a monthly pet rent, they're allowed (no additional pet deposit). Uh, except chickens. It's a long story. Tenants are responsible to pay all utilities and make an effort to keep the yard up. No smoking (of any kind) on property. The smell lasts and lasts. Oh, and there is NO GARAGE. However, there's a massive privacy fence with the ability to open the gates and park your car behind it, safe and sound. So, there it is, not one of my more eloquent posts, also no emails saying your available to tour at such-and-such time. Or texts that require copious texts answering your short questions.
