If walking is not desired a free bus service provided by Steamboat Springs Transit, Yellow Zone will pick you up and drop you off on demand, with transfers through the Steamboat Area. The cabin is fully furnished. Downstairs, the entry way, has two bedrooms with queen beds recently replaced purple and ___ mattress, a bathroom with a shower, a laundry and storage room. The main floor has a kitchen, living area with a hide-a-bed sofa, reclining chair, wood stove, large dinning table, bathroom with a tub. The loft has a king-sized purple bed. The gas fired boiler is in the downstairs bathroom controlled by five heating zones. Air conditioning is not provided. Smoke detectors are in all the sleeping areas and a carbon monoxide detector is on site. The washer and dryer are a full-sized stacked unit. Wi-Fi at about 10mbs is available. The owner is not on site, located about three miles away. 30-day minimum rental. Owner to pay for all utilities up to $500 per month. Tenant to reimburse owner if utilities exceed $500 per month. Owner to pay for driveway snow removal. Tenant is responsible for shoveling the entryway and deck. Parking is limited to two vehicles. The snowmobile trailer on site is for storage of the owner's property and is not included in the lease. No smoking. No cultivation of marijuana. No pets. The term of the lease is a minimum of 30 days. Rent due on the first day of renewal.
