Bathrooms: 1/2 bath downstairs through the kitchen; primary (en suite) bathroom has a shower with glass doors; jack-and-jill bathroom upstairs has a tub/shower if baths are needed! Laundry: laundry is conveniently located on the second floor in a closet and will be available for guests to use. Outdoor space: the first floor leads out to a relaxing private back patio, with a comfortable seating area with two outdoor couches. Accessibility / Other Notes: There are a few steps (3-5) required to get inside the house. We ask guests to deposit trash and recycling into bins in the back yard; we'll have someone come by once per week to empty those bins. This property is offered as a furnished mid-term rental (minimum 30-night stays). Rates will vary by length of stay between ($3000-5000/mo) and a $200 cleaning fee per month will be added.
