A short distance from the metro expo (light blue) rail line (which goes to Santa Monica and downtown L.A.) Right next to West Los Angeles College, a short distance from Santa Monica College, UCLA and USC. I'm a CSULB graduate working full time for the Culver City Unified School District. 40-year-old male. I'm pretty easy going and make an effort to have open, respectful communication with my roommates. Between my job and other projects I have going, I stay quite busy. I don't frequently have friends over, but my girlfriend comes over sometimes. I don't monopolize the common areas with guests and make an effort to give my roommates time to themselves in the condo and just generally try to be respectful of our shared space. I cook sometimes but always make sure to clean up after myself in common areas. Bills are always paid on time without exception. I like to hike, explore Los Angeles, go to concerts and go camping whenever I can. I'm looking for a dependable roommate who is financially stable, pays bills on time, cleans up after themselves in the common areas after they are finished, who is easy going, reasonably quiet and communicates well. Utilities include water, sewer, garbage, gas, electrical, high-speed internet with wi-fi cable and some streaming channels. Laundry room, mailboxes, pool, jacuzzi, and gym are all close to the unit, but not so close that there are any noise issues in the condo, which is nice and convenient. There's an app for the laundry room that allows you to see how many washers and dryers are currently available in each of the three laundry rooms. It also lets you know how much time is left on your washer and dryer or when your laundry is finished so you know exactly when to go down. I anchored bike locks to the concrete in the parking garage just in front of the parking spots where you are welcome to lock your bike up securely. I just installed new carpet and carpet padding in the room. I just installed a new rain shower head with a sprayer in the bathtub/shower. Room is for 1 person I am looking for a roommate to sign a 12-month lease that can start as early as Monday June 24th. . Gross income must be 3 times the rent/Minimum credit score of 650 (May be negotiable depending on your circumstances). Zillow background/credit check required. 12 month lease agreement. $1450 a month rent. Utilities will be a flat $125 per month for the lease term. Security deposit $1450. No tobacco smoking allowed in condo or on balcony. No pets allowed.
