I cook sometimes but always make sure to clean up after myself in common areas. Bills are always paid on time without exception. I like to hike, explore Los Angeles, go to concerts and go camping whenever I can. I'm looking for a dependable roommate who is financially stable, pays bills on time, cleans up after themselves in the common areas after they are finished, who is easy going, reasonably quiet and communicates well. Utilities include water, sewer, garbage, gas, electrical, high-speed internet with wi-fi cable and some streaming channels. Laundry room, mailboxes, pool, jacuzzi, and gym are all close to the unit, but not so close that there are any noise issues in the condo, which is nice and convenient.
